Having said all that, in my previous post, I do recognize that Gail Collins made some good points. So, although I think that we've been already been compromised up the wazoo, and that GWB is a stinker who has been planning his escape from prosecution since he bought his 100,000 acre ranch in Paraguay in 2006, I promise to keep my eyes open for penguins who're just acting like turncoats for the greater good.
I'll try not to let that perverse little corner of my mind hope for a McCain win. I'll try not to believe that what we need is a taste of revolution. I'll endeavour not to smile every time gas prices go up and congressional approval ratings go down. Really.
