.....flamboyantly subversive! We'll apply for a Block Party permit and assemble just for the hell of it. We'll need lots of people carrying lots of signs: "No Blood for Oil", "Gay Rights", "Bring Back Habeas Corpus", "Hell No, We Won't Go", "Eat Cheese or Die", "Don't Tread On Me", etc.
I spent most of this hot day doing my pro bono nursing. Chemo in the morning and a consult for chronic lymphedema, secondary to a lymph node dissection. Kurt drags all of his sick friends to me. Poor people. He insists that they let me check them out. (I'm not the only one who brings home strays.) I'm thinking of hanging out a shingle.
